A] The goods are at risk of the buyer from the time of delivery.

B] Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until payment has been
received in full in respect of the goods.
|
C] In case of non-payment we will be entitled to re-possess the goods or the
proceeds of sale thereof.
|
D] Goods are either despatched by post, delivery vehicle or parcel carrier and
once delivered the goods become the sole responsibility of the buyer.
|
E] Delivery times are given in good faith, however we accept no liability if the
delivery is delayed for any reason.
|
F] All goods are despatched in a good saleable condition. Any defects in
materials or workmanship should be notified and replacement goods will be
forwarded upon their return. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied
with your purchase and the product is not faulty you may return it to us unused
within fourteen days and a full refund will be given - pack and post at your cost.

G] All guarantees given are subject to the goods being used solely for the
manufactured purpose.

H] No claim for damage, shortage or defect will be considered unless made within
three days of receipt of goods.
|
I] Liability is accepted for replacement of faulty goods only. No other
liabilities will be accepted or any other costs or consequential liabilities.
|
